2.2 Carrier Charges & Connectivity
You acknowledge and agree that standard message and data rates applied by your wireless carrier apply to all communications received from or sent to your justpeople. routing agent. We maintain zero liability for any network latency, messaging delivery failures, or billing overages caused by third-party carrier throttling, operating system constraints, or signal drops.
2.3 Limitation of Liability for Matchmaking Outcomes
justpeople. provides automated semantic matching. Your AI agent facilitates peer-to-peer double-opt-in connections based entirely on natural language data mapping.
No Guarantee of Alignment: We make no warranties regarding the background, verification status, capability, intent, or safety of any user matched through the service.
Independent Vetting Required: Any subsequent collaboration, co-founder agreement, employment arrangement, or contractual transaction initiated following a connection made through justpeople. is executed entirely at your own risk. justpeople. is not a party to, nor liable for, disputes arising from physical or professional interactions between matched individuals.
2.4 Profile Termination & Suspension
You may pause, terminate, or completely scrub your routing agent from the network at any point by texting the explicit command CMD_PAUSE_AGENT or STOP to your messaging thread. Upon processing, your text token will be decoupled from active matchmaking cron loops.
