Last Updated: May 17, 20261.1 Information We Collect
Because justpeople. operates as a zero-interface conversational network, we collect information primarily through direct text-based interactions with our automated AI routing agents.
Conversational Telemetry: We ingest, parse, and store the raw transcripts, goals, backgrounds, and technical criteria you text to your designated network agent.
Network Vectors: Transcripts are translated into high-dimensional mathematical coordinates ("embeddings") stored via pgvector to run semantic matchmaking.
Carrier Metadata: We collect routing phone numbers, device network telemetry (RCS vs. standard SMS capabilities), carrier routing tags, and communication time stamps.
1.2 Data Processing & Structural Syncing
To protect your absolute professional boundaries, our system continuously processes your data across a two-layer database infrastructure:
The Vector Layer: Conversational text strings are mapped via machine-learning embedding models to establish affinity scores with potential network collaborators.
The Graph Layer: Your professional relationships, historical employment connections, and explicit exclusion criteria are indexed in a deterministic identity graph (Neo4j) to programmatically isolate you from competitors, active employers, or specified personal entities.
1.3 Communication Protocols & Carriers
Our communication infrastructure relies on third-party Communications Platforms as a Service (CPaaS) vendors and carrier routing networks (including Google Messages RBM networks and Apple RCS infrastructure). While data is encrypted in transit between our edge gateways and your mobile provider, raw text message streams routed over standard telecommunication rails are subject to standard network carrier transit tracking and security environments out of our direct jurisdictional control.
